1. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning in Jaipur. All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Bookings & Payment
Bookings can be made online or via phone/WhatsApp. Full or partial payment may be required in advance. Prices may vary based on service type and scope.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
4. Service Quality
If you’re unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We may offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.
5. Customer Responsibility
Ensure access to the premises and secure valuables before service. Let us know any special instructions in advance.
6. Liability
We’re not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, incorrect info, or unsecured valuables.
7. Safety & Conduct
We reserve the right to cancel service if the environment is unsafe or our staff is mistreated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site is owned by Urban Cleaner Service. Reuse without permission is prohibited.
